Raffle Items
During the market, we hold a raffle for customers. Vendors who donate items will be recognized throughout the day and featured in our advertising. Discount coupons for your booth will not be accepted as raffle items. Donations will be collected at set up 11/9 and 11/10 before 10:45am. Please provide a photo of your raffle item in advance to help us advertise. There is a spot for this on the registration form.

Optional Lunch
As a courtesy to our vendors, we will take pre-orders for lunch. More Details to come in late October!

Vendor Set Up
Vendors can set up on Saturday, 11/9 between 4pm-7pm. For those that set up on Sunday, 11/10, the doors will open at 8:30 am. You must be fully set up by 10:45am. Doors will open at 11am and you must by ready to sell at that time.

Other Guidelines

  • All NEW jewelry must be approved by us before you bring to the show. Our clientele is looking for high quality and custom/unique jewelry.
  • If you bring items not listed on the form submission, you will be subject to the removal of those items from the market building.
  • Please limit calls and emails to the Holiday House Vendor Relations Chairperson right before the show.
  • Please keep your booth open until the end of the show (4:00pm)
  • Vendor booths are not an appropriate place for children.  Please leave your children with a babysitter.
  • Be respectful of other vendor areas by staying within your defined space.
  • A CISD Building Inspector or Coppell Fire Marshall will be at the show to make sure that safety and traffic flow rules are followed.
  • Do not place obstacles of any kind, anywhere that could block the lighting or visibility of another vendor’s booth.  This includes the outside perimeter of the building as well.

Marketing
We will be providing opportunities to help you make the most of this event.  This includes pre-marketing programs (social media, local newsletters, flyers, street signs) and local media promotion.

Thank You!
We look forward to seeing you at Holiday House this year.  If you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to email at coppellholidayhouse@gmail.com
